[DEAR APARTMENT MANAGER*]
I called a week ago to discuss my apartment concerns with you. I was told that it wouldn't be a problem and someone would call to inform me of the exact earlier move in date once the credit check cleared. You said before the 10th should be fine. You also said you needed to run the check today with *S2's D's* info. I, in turn, said it would be there that day.

I heard nothing from you at all all week, so *I* finally had to be the one to call yesterday. All of a sudden, there are scheduling conflicts to us moving in earlier? I can only assume these conflicts developed this week. Now, I know S2's D did not send in his application Friday, but I would've hoped someone would've called before a week later to let us know that, when we promised it last Friday.

Second, I'm sorry, but I am not okay with this. My significant other is returning from a *half a year* deployment and my roommate *has* to go to a school orientation the 10th-12th. We thought this was taken care of last week. Suddenly, it's not because why? Because nobody contacted us at all to let us know there were any problems in this last week.

These are not trivial reasons that we need to move in sooner, or reasons that could have been predicted in advance.

As soon as we knew, I contacted you (person 2, as the main person was out), and I believed it to be taken care of. Based on this, while I understand that there are *now* conflicts; I don't believe this is our fault, and I would hope that *something* could still be done.

We are not asking for a huge change. Just four days... four days we thought (I was told) we already had.

*this was directed at a previous living situation. I love my current apartment.
